Biography
Lobular carcinoma has been one of my clinical and research interests. My goal is to use the results from immunohistochemical and genetic studies to refine the criteria for pathologic diagnosis. We are studying the molecular and genetic pathways in breast cancer especially as they relate to lobular carcinoma. I have also been involved in pathology education, ranging from teaching medical trainees to being invited to give lectures and serve as an expert panelist in breast pathology for national and international meetings.
